First you need a host.. then hit the image button
and you get [IMG][/IMG] Then put the url of the link inbetween.

upload your pic to a site such as http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com
right click the picture. properties. copy the URL.
{IMG}URL here{/IMG} - replace the {}'s with []'s.
learn how to use the Search function.
