Help Timing Belt coming off

Help Timing Belt coming off
So i noticed that my belt was coming off but just a little yesterday drove it to work this morning and when i was going to leave i heard a noise opened my hood and my timing belt was like halfway off it had melted some of the plastic cover this is on D16A motor i never messed with the water pump,tensinor, none of that stuff the only thing i did was take off the crankshaft pully

when i got my carit was in it the guy i got it from had just swaped it in he got it from hmotorsonline i guess it had like 50,000 miles

Oh, so you have no way of knowing if he even replaced the tensioner.
I'd replace the tensioner and see if it solves your problems. Also, while that far in, replace the timing belt and water pump.

This exploded diagram may help, #12 is the "washer lookin thingy" referenced above. If that is not installed the belt will try to crawl off.

lol, that damn washer lookin thingy
Last time I changed my timing belt I got it all back together and I put away all the tools and guess what I forgot to put on and was laying on the ground... the damn washer lookin thingy! Luckily, since I had already removed the pulley that day it came right off and putting it on was a breeze... only thing I had to really redo was tensioning the drive belts, oh well.
