Default Help please!!

I have a 94 Del Sol that i picked up from a local guy! It has a b18c1 GSR. I reseved it under the impression that it he bought it runnin great and parked it two days after he purchased it. The next morning he went out to start it and i just back fired! Well then i came along and picked it up. I just finally got the time to monkey with it. And i checked the timing seems to be fine. Checked the relays, fuel pump, and timing! everything appears great. So the last check was the plug wires after i noticed a second dizzy in the trunk and i found the wires hooked up wrong. It fired up runs hard check engine light is on, revs up and down above 1000 rpms i reved higher and found at around 4000 rpms it hits rev limiter.
So i desided to check the ecu and it has a p75 for a gsr. Would that make a diference cuz i believe its sopost to have a p72 so yes im looking. Hepl me please!

Yeah i would say that the ecu is the main problem, a P75 is an LS ECU. Change the ECU to a Chipped P28 or get a P72.

You'll need to change the ECU and work from there. After the correct ECU is put in then jump and see what codes it is throwing.
