HELP PASS SMOG JDM D15b
OK i just got my renewal letter today to go n pass smog n pay for fee. The deadline is 6/28, so with this time i need help to pass my jdm d15b. Ok my setup are usdm p28 ecu, carb aem shortram dc header 2.5 piping **** up cat that makes noise that i need to change, magnaflow exahust that give me mid to hig torque. I was wondering if i go to the ref with my carb aftermarket upgrade and a new cat will i be able to pass smog?
please help i've search n found that u can pass it if u have a new cat n a d15b7 air box and a stock header but i dotn have money to pay for that

Replace the stuff you know needs to be replaced and take it from there... If you are running a z6 or y8 usdm intake mani and you have all the usdm smog equip. hooked up properly I don't see why you shouldn't pass.

you will need to get the Civic VX ECU ( P07 ) in order to pass it at a refree and probably the VX O2 sensor so you dont get a check engine light. The VX O2 sensor is a heated O2 sensor so its a little different than the DX, EX, SI and LX. I got my car smogged at the refree with the JDM D15B. I took it in twice, the first time I had a P28 and they told me I had to get the right ECU for my car because my engine was a 1.5L VTEC and the ECU was for a 1.6L VTEC. When I put the P07 on my car I got a check engine light because of the Heated O2 sensor, but i just borrowed my friends P06 and swapped the cases (P07 case with P06 internals) and took it to the refree and it passed.
