Help on Muffler Replacement
I bought a muffler (welded whole piece) for my 96 civic, but I do not know how to take the old one off, please advise me how to disconnect the middle part pipe to muffler.

Re: Help on Muffler Replacement (civictildeath)
Thanks, but the bolts seems to be spring pressurized. I can not use regular rench to loose them. Any suggestion?

A wrench or socket should remove them fine. Chances are, they have never been removed and are a little rusty... hit them with some liquid wrench or pb blaster and let them soak for a while. If they don't get loose, try real hard and break them off. Make sure you have new ones handy.
