Anyways, the other day I was driving, and right around 1,500-2,000 rpm it sounds like it wants to shut down, then when it gets to about 500-900 rpm it comes back to life. I can't figure out what it is. PLEASE HELP ME

although these may not help, you should do them if you havent in a while.
Change:
oil
plugs
wires
air filter
fuel filter.
What octane do you put in it? maybe the pump is clogged?

89-90 octane,
But do you think that would cause it to do what it is doing.
I mean, when I give it gas or drive above 3,500 rpm it fine...

Those are the exact symptoms of a dying ignition coil. Time for a new OEM or an MSD Blaster. It happened to me a couple months ago. Upgraded to the Blaster coil and an MSD SCI and I haven't had a problem since. Gas mileage went up 2mpg too .
