Help me choose a wrap for my ride...tire advice needed (specific inquiry)
Hey guys,
I'm looking for tires. Car is an EH2, wheel is 16x7. I'm going for a 205/45/16 tire size. Here are the specifications I need your advice to adhere to:
Price: Ideally $300 shipped. $350 shipped MAX!!
Mileage: I don't want to buy tires more than once a year. If they last me between a year and a year and a half I'll be happy.
Tire Noise: I can put up with noise. Of course I'd prefer minimal noise, but it's not a huge factor.
My Local Climate:I live in NoVA. Humid in the summer, winter gets to around freezing point and stays there. It snows occasionaly (7-10days per winter). I don't care too much about the winter performance of these tires. I don't have separate winter tires, I'll get some if I have too
Main Use:The car is my daily driver. It'll see some autocrossing about once a month, and I'll take it to the strip about once every couple of months. HOWEVER, I'll need some traction for those nights where I find a quick race at the lonley stop light.
Please offer your advice and suggestions.
Thanks.
