HELP:which manual transmission fluid to get for type r trans

I heard that gm syncromesh works really good can anybody help thanks.

syncromesh is for tranny's with worn syncros. it has a metal compound to aid the synro's with added friction. if you use it with no need it can cause a serious build up causing a gumming effect which results in very high tranny temps due to friction. for the type r trannys you should use 10w 30 full synthetic. i personal prefer royal purple, red line, mobil, or castrole.
