HELP (IF U DROVE WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE MORE THEN ONCE) jail time?
i couldnt post in the general discussion yet and was wondering if yall can help me out here real quick. i know i am probably a bone head, an idiot and everything above you can call me. but i know my mistake. haha
how many of you drove on a suspended license more then once? we do have to get around to work/school etc etc.. i know its my fault that it got suspended in the first place.
Warrant Degree: Infraction
Charge 1: VC SUSPENDED LICENSE
Charge 2: VC STOP SIGN REQUIREMENTS
Charge 3: VC SMOG DEVICE REQ
Charge 4: VC FAILURE TO APPEAR
Bail Amount: $1,500.00
Warrant Degree: Misdemeanor
Charge 1: VC UNLICENSED DRIVER
Bail Amount: $15,000.00
Warrant Degree: Misdemeanor
Charge 1: VC SPEED CONTEST
Charge 2: VC DRIVE W-SUSPENDED LICENSE
Charge 3: VC SMOG DEVICE REQ
Bail Amount: $2,500.00
here are my charges.. how long will i be going to jail? if i were to turn myself last summer when they wanted me too i wouldve been behind in school and im looking to correct it this month! since i just finished school and got to transfer out to cal poly!
i got a note from the dmv stating ill get my license back after march 08 after i go to court and fix everything.. do yall know if my license will be revoked a lil longer after i go court?? any help appreciated yall
