Help on how to install radiator
Just received my 01 gsr radiator
I have a 94 civic Hatch with no fan so I might have to order it unless theres a way i can attach the AC fan on.
1. How would i go about installing this on?
2. Can i use the fan from the 94 hatch?

Re: (EH2_LS_TURBO)
this is easy mod
first knock off the civic radiator lower support
second there are lot holes under fron crossmember cut 2 pieces of aluminum 4 inches long or so cut it off a piece of alluminum 2"wide and abut 1/16th thick drill holes 2 sizes on each 1 that will fit a bolt through it and 1 that will take the radiators feet
third put them in loose then take the stock gsr radiators rubber feet and cut them so they become a rubber washer
fourth place radiator with rubber washers into the holes drilled in the aluminum and tighten lower bolts
after this you take the gsr mounting brackets flip them upside down and place on radiator to find 2 spots to drill and tap. be careful top crossmember is thin metal but you can tap it and lighly tighten bolt on top.
now the radiators in
from here i believe i used the gsr's hoses but i had gsr motor so you'll have to figure the rest out.
get a flex-o-lite fan their pretty cheap and take up much less space than the gsr fans
sit back and enjoy more cooling email me if youd like some pictures i can get them to you in a few days
