Help Help Help!!! Honda OEM Radio Question!!!
Arlright... here is the short of it. My car battery is on the frits and I used my friends Delsol battery to boost my car but I had to take the battery off and put it next to my battery as my booster cables were not long enough. Well little did I know but she doesn't know her radio code. I know of 2 ways to get the code. One is to get the dealership where it was bought to give me the code and 2 is to unplug the radio and bring it in to get the code. I tried the dealership and they don't seem to have it on file. I'd rather not have to pull out the console and get the radio out as that will take me a little time. Does anyone know of another way like a universal code or a bypass of some sort? Well if not how hard is it to undo the console to get the radio out? How may screws and where are they? God I am kicking myself for having parked my car the wrong way.
Any and all help would be really appreciated.

no other way. just take it out, it isn;t that hard. i think it should just be one screw on the bottom holding the actual radio in place.

due to a recent lawsuit, all manufactures are now required to give out the codes to maintenance shops. You should be able to take it there unless the regualtions have not been put into effect yet.
