Default help help help help help help help!!!!!!

Ok, this is the impossible problem:

-Car runs great at starting up, strong
-After approx 2min CEL comes on code 1, car runs like shitty shitty bang bang
- Turn car off and on, CEL is gone, car runs great
- After a few minutes CEL code 1 again, back to the *****
-repeat

I JUST PUT IN A BOSCH 4wire o2 and its still doing this!!! Could my ECU be bad? I have a p28 and when I took it to the shop they said they think it was damaged by a fire that was in my engine bay. The car runs fine except for this ****** CEL and then . Is my ECU fawked? WHat else could cause this becuase it sure as hell aint a bad o2.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

poor connection where though? It would have to be where the signal wire meets the ecu, becuase i extended the o2 wires and i know all the connections there are good. Any other ideas im really desperate and out of options

ok connections are fine. At the ecu the voltage from the o2 signal was 0.02 after the car was warmed up. It looks like the pin for the fuel tank pressure is missing from the obd2-1 conversion, also im using the FPR from my cx head, could this cause the problem? I know the o2 signal is waaaayyyy to low thats why its throwing the code, but why is it sooo low?
