help with cluch

I hear a crack when i shift or turn corners. does anyone know why.
ps. i have a 92 civic, 1.5 liter engine

A crack? Does it always do it or just sometimes? If it's a cracking noise when you turn, it could be axles.

Does it sound like it's coming from the center of the car or one side or the other? Is it a crack, crunch, or click?
