help with bushing install
im trying to replace my rear right lca damper fork bushing.. i got the inside collar out and i burned the rubber out, but i cannot get the outer collar out now. ive tried to chissle it, but it looks like im gonna damage it
anyone have ideas on how to get it out??

is the collar COMPLETELY removed or did you hack of the protruding ends?
They should slide in with some force... I just held them in place and tightend a vice to force them in... make sure they're good an lubed.

Cut the collar in half, and take either a flat head screw driver or some sort of thin punch and a 4lbs hammer (important), and knock the collar up where you cut it, and once you start pushing the collar up work out and try to get more of the collar up and start pushing it out. If you have a nice clean cut it's pretty easy to get the collar out, just takes some practice. i did my driver side motor mount and all my suspension bushings in the same fashion.
