Have you checked to see if you are getting spark? 2001+ Civics use a distributorless ignition system (separate ignition coil for each cylinder) so check several of the plugs.
Can you hear the fuel pump turn on when the key is turned to the "II" position?
When did the car start doing this?
Aren't you still under warranty?

the car is a salvage title. i just replaced the transmission. the radiator is not hooked up yet or ac. everything works on the car. its just that when i start the car it rotates but does not start . sounds like it wants to. gas light is on but i just added a gallon in, and when i click to 2 i do hear i think the fuel. can you help guide me through this. thank you for you time
