Default heat problem in 1996 coupe after swap

i put the stock motor bak into my 96 coupe and now the adjuster for the hot/cold doesnt go to hot all the way it kinda gets stuck, and the heat doesnt blow through the middle two vents, i think that might be because of the relay under the hood though, anyone have an idea?
