Default headwork and cam shaft ? ? ? ? ?

If i change the headwork from a 8 valve to a 16 valve, then how i gonna fix the cam shaft and exhaust header ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Ignorant question i know please bare with it

What kinda car??? The camshaft for the 16 valve is different than the 8 valve, and should come with that head...what engine?? more details

You are changing the cx head to something else I guess. If you are doing the minime swap, when you get a new 16 valve head it should come with the camshaft. You can get whatever head will fit your car. A lot of people use DC headers, but you can always use another d-series header.
