Headstud confusion, please help!!!

I am currently building a b16 and I want to know if i can use GSR head studs on my b16 because my buddy will sell his to me for like $40(cheap). if anyone has ever tried this or knows if it works pleaaase say so.

his arp studs? or stock studs? il sell you my stock gsr head studs for $10...
