Thought I would bump this up since I bought some fuse taps and going to install my buzzer once again.
If you want the proper / clean way to tap into a fuse under the dash you can get these from Pep Boys for $1.99:
The guy at Pep Boys had no idea what I was talking about so I found them myself. I don't think too many people know about these. Most just stuff the wire under one side of the fuse

Re: Pics?? (Hybrid93Hatch)
these buzzers work great. only problem i have found is that now that i have a turbo timer installed, it won't buzz until the car fully turns off. so i still leave my lights on sometimes, because ill be a good 100ft away from my car when it finaly turns off. cause if your timer last's more than 30 seconds your usually away from the car so u don;t hear the buzzer. allwell. its just a small price u pay for power.

Easy. Free. Takes two minutes.
1. Find the little button (momentary switch) that gets pushed in when the door shuts.
2. Pop off interior panel to access the back of the button.
3. Unplug wire.
I used to HATE that. While running power/RCAs back to my trunk for an amp, I realized all I had to do was unplug the damn thing. Just be careful popping the panel, so you don't break any of the fasteners.

removing key in reminder on EG, cut the blu/wht wire that is on the end of the narrow long connector plugged into the back of the fuse box. It's plugged into the ICU to be specific, pin #10 of 10)

Re: (Ninety5Ex)
What I did in my civic is to use some relays to actually triger the chime that is built into the car (the key one, for example). You use the relays almost like AND /OR gates, for anyone who has done circuit/com sci.
I can't actually remember how I did it, and I posted it on this forum a while ago.
But it went basically something like this:
I used one relay for the accessory light in the ash tray, which is one when your lights are on (at least the parkign lights).
I used another relay for power, using the accessory power to the lighter. (Basically, I don't want the warning going off when the car is on.)
Then (and this is the part I can't remember), using the tech manual, I found the ground wire that, when grounded, turns on the chime. So basically, what you connect to the relays are 12v lines for the switches, and a ground line for the signal. In the right scenario (lights on, car off, door open), the chime goes off.
IN fact, I found the thread!

Some people didn't understand that I wanted the factory sound that operated like other cars, not some cheap piezo buzzer.

The buzzer really got on my nerves so I bought the chime. Here's a pic of each one. The chime has three wires. Blue/Black/Red. If you look at the wiring diagram on the back of the package the blue and black should be wired together. The buzzer is $2.99, the chime is $6.99. The buzzer is 76 dB and the chime is 75 dB.

Went to Radioshack and saw the buzzer and chime. I also noticed one that looked exactly like them but was called a transducer and was a dollar cheaper. What is a transducer? TIA

Re: Headlight warning buzzer??????? (BLUE EH3)
Disconnect it... seems pretty obvious.
It's a peizo speaker probobly plugged into the back of the fuse box... open the door and look/listen/unplug.

The buzzer is located in the ICU, the box plugged into the back of the underdash fusebox. Or I should rather say... in my complete disassembly of the inside electrical system, the only place I saw a buzzer was when I opened the ICU
So my advice would be to pull off the ICU and desolder the surface mounted buzzer.
If you want pictures let me know
