Headlight Rubber Cap
hey guys, i just got new headlights and i lost the little rubber cap that u put on after u insert the bulb, does anyone have a spare one or know where i can find one for the drivers side, my car is a 1999 civic dx, and here is a link to clear it up, i just need the rubber cap

Junkyard. I needed the H4 plugs (car had projector retro when i got it) and the rubber caps, walked out there and as soon as i walked into the yard the 3rd car on the lot (92-95 hatch) had the plugs and the rubber caps. Should be easy to find. Any 92-00 civic have the same size rubber pieces, im thinking most all hondas are the same too.

You don't need the name of the part.
It's the rubber cap on the back of the headlight assembly that keeps water out of the headlight assembly.
No one is going to know what you're talking about if you use the name of the part.
Since you really want to know though, Honda lists it as "COVER, RUBBER".
Looks like you live about 50 miles outside of Los Angeles though. I find it very difficult to believe you can't find a salvage yard near Aliso Viejo.
