Default Headlight Replace/Power Steering Reservoir

As my my name indicates, I know nothing of cars so I thought someone could help here. I need to replace my driver side headlight bulb but can't get to it. It appears I need to move the power steering reservoir, but I'm not sure how to do this. It seems like it's in a brace and will slide up it I pry the little metal lid that seems to hold it in place. But to do that I need to remove at least one of the two hoses running from it, but am not sure how to manage those little metal clamps and if I open/loosen them if they will refasten. (They're also rusty.) I also wonder if before removing the hoses I need to reduce the level of fluid in the reservoir below the hose levels. I'd appreciate some feedback and, if possible, some specific instruction.

Thanks,
BB

your will have to remove the bumper and then you can remove the light to acess the bulb, pop out all the clips by the upper rad mount, remove boths screw in the wheel wells and then a few screws where the plastic skid guard is underneath. After you have done this the bumper should come off and then you can unbolt the light which should be held by 4 screw/bolts and go at it.
AND REMEMEBER DONT TOUCH THE LENSE(GLASS) OF THE NEW BULBS
good luck!

So, removing/moving the reservoir is not possible, or it's better to remove the bumper?

Thanks again.

The resovoir pulls straight up from the metal bracket holding it in. The hoses are flexible enough to temporarily put the resovoir away while you reach behind the housing and replace the bulb. Not necessary to remove the bumper and housing.

I'll take a look again and see what I can do, but I think while one hose may have some flex/slack, the other doesn't. I'll look and try. Thanks.
