Default Header Problem

I just in stalled my header and high flow cat yesterday on my d15b7 and everything went smoothly (cc dc sports and a Engine Dynamics high flow)
Well, last night the women and I went out to eat and I drove the Honda. got to a light near my house and proceeded to go in first gear when it started studdering abd jumping like crazy!!!! This lasted for all of 5 min then stopped. Is my car just going through the growning pains of a non restrictive exhaust or what?
