Header just a weeee short. Quick Fixes or Muffler Shop
So I bought a header used off H-T. Real nice and it's ALMOST a perfect fit. However when I bolt it up I have to do some pulling and my CAT with my O2 sensor actually starts to brush the shift linkage causing a pain in the *** when I shift to reverse.
Part II of my story when I don't bolt it up real tight and leave some space between the header and the CAT then the O2 sensor doesn't hit the shift linkage however I have a little gap large enough to make my exhaust sound like a 747.
My question: Anything I can do myself or should I take it to a muffler shop and let them fab something.

Re: (romoracing)
Yeah it's a donut gasket (o-ring) on that side. I'll call up some shops tomorrow and see where we're at. Thanks for the input everyone.
