header fitment on a del sol?
I just bought a megan 4-2-1 header for my del sol si. The header is suppose to fit all d series so I assumed it would fit my car. Well, I got to install it today and it doesn't reach the cat. there is about a 3-4 inch gap maybe. Is there something that I did wrong to make it not reach? Or is the del sol chassis just that different? Has anyone else had similar problems with fitting headers on a del sol?

eh it might just be the chassis... really though this is an easy fix; i was charged 20$ for them to cut my midsection and extend my exhaust piping 3-4 inches. it took all of 20 minutes. take it to a discount type muffler shop they'll take care of ya!

apparently a cheap ebay knockoff?
it came in a megan box, with megan warranty, and megan stickers, with the megan badge on the actual header.
i was unaware there were fake megan products.

I have a Megan Racing 4-2-1 header also, and it didn't give me problems. However, when I used to have it on my old Civic, it gave me the same problem. I had a cheap exhaust at the time, and once I replaced it with my Apex-i WS2, it fit better.
Perhaps it is not the header causing the fitment problems, but rather the exhaust.
Do you have an aftermarket exhaust or catalytic converter? If so, what brand is each?
