HAVING GAS PROBLEMS WITH CLUSTER !!!!!!!!!
I WHENEVER I FULL MY TANK AT THE GAS STATION BY THE TIME I LEAVE THE PUMP MY GAS STARTS DECREASING.I DRIVE FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES AND IT GOES BACK UP..THIS CONSTANLY HAPPENS WHILE DRIVING .....WHAT DO I DO ?

haha i've got a ej8 and it constantly does that....dont worry about it its no biggie....

same thing happens to me here. i got a eg when i get a full tank of gas and i floor it the guage jumps from full to about 1/2 haha or when i get on a hill it tips and goes to the other side of the gas tank and my guage jumps around

It happens to all 5th and 6th (92-00) generation civics. The problem is there's a little queer foam ball on the float the measures the fuel amount. In the genius mistake of engineering this ball is in the front of the tank and FLOATS. So when you're at half a tank and you go up a hill your fuel reads low and when you're driving down a hill it reads higher - you just have to suck it up and read it on level ground.
What's level ground? Anything your stock Civic can actually drive in 5th gear in .
Nothing you can do about it besides getting a fuel tank from a non-92-00 Civic.
