Default has anyone dealt with wheeloptions before?

Just curious,
I wanted to order some atech finalspeeds from these guys,
cuz they said they could special order them , and I couldnt find them anywhere else.

Lets just say, it wasnt the best experience dealing with them.

I spent a good 40min on the phone just trying to order one set of wheels,
THREE TIMES,
first time the guy I was talking to thought I was talking about the speedmasters
the whole time, even though I kept saying FINALSPEED FINALSPEED FINALSPEED

then when he found out, he said he didnt have any in,
I figured i'd try and find em else where, but couldnt so I called back.

and after putting the order through, I had him go to the website, and look at exactly what wheels I wanted in the exact color, and then I spent ******* forever just trying to get him to understand what numbers and letters I was telling him for my CC# and name(his english could use some work).

So he tells me I he has to email me a form to sign before he can process the order.
i'm like fine.

after 3days, the form never arrives,
I call back, to let him know it didnt go through.
hes like ok, and wants to confirm again what I wanted(i'm thinking.. didnt you write it down last time!?!?).

So he starts talking about the "6spoke finalspeed", i'm like.. uhh, they're 5spoke man, he replies "no, 6spoke"

6spoke finaspeeds dont exist, and he confirmed last time that I wanted 5spoke ones..

so now I realize hes talking about the ******* speedmasters again,
and yep he is. So I tell him this, and he still is fighting with me, taling about the sm046 finalspeed. well there is an sm046 speedmaster..
so he puts me on hold and comes back and tells me that he confused the order with the wrong wheels(no ****!).

At this point i'm fairly pissed.
and ask him how this happened considering I had him go to the EXACT page for the exact wheels and look at EXACT photos of the EXACT color and type of wheel I wanted last week. We TRIPLE confirmed it.

he just said he made a mistake,
again I go on hold so he can figure things out.

he comes back to me and GUESS WHAT
he can check on the wheels but the price is $150 more.
I say forget it and hang up.

So I dunno, i'm annoyed at all my wasted time with this guy,
and such unprofessional service.
mistakes are understandable, but dealing with him was such a pain in the *** due to the fact that he didnt understand half the things I said.
I have nothing against people who speak other languages, just when it makes MY life so difficult it can be a pain.

I dont want to knock the business as a whole, they have a good selection of wheels,
and seem legit, I dont think he was trying to jack my money or anything like that.
Just such a pain in the *** I needed to vent.

just contact Marcus at http://www.heeltoeauto.com I'm pretty sure he can still get those Finalspeeds, and on top of that he's a great business to deal with.

yeah I talked to him already,
he couldnt get any at this time,
but dealing with him was 100 million times more pleasant.
I'd gladly go back.
