Has anybody had any problems with HCP mount kits?

I have an H22A EG, and I am using the HCP mount kit. I've only driven my car for about 900 miles now, and just yesterday I noticed that the polyurethane bushing on the rear motor mount is torn on one side of the mount (although the bushing is still "hanging on" in there).
I know that they have a lifetime warranty, but this sucks. What kind of problems can I expect with a torn bushing (I haven't noticed an increase in vibration yet)? Is it going to be a bitch to replace it?

My buddy had the same thing happen to his rear mount. He never had any problems with it at all though. He ended up just replacing the bushing a couple months after. I wasn't around when he replaced it so I don't know how much of a pain it will be to replace, but probably not too bad or he wouldn't have even bothered to do it. Guessing it's a common problem with the mounts though.
