Harness/ECU question?

Like I've said in some other posts, I am new to the world of B series and have a question regarding the right harness and the right ECU to use. The JDM B18C that I am in the process of putting in my 94 Civic EX is OBD2 and the harness in the car is obviously OBD1 and the ECU is a P28. What would be the best way to do everything right? Can I use the original harness and just get a P72 with an adaptor or do I need a B18C harness as well?
