Default hardest decision of my life, not which swap or turbo/na

Some buddy tone in and give me some reasoning for or against this.

Ive got a 93si with the sirIIlsd in it40k on the swap, about 197000 on the body. its got the usale rust a number of dents and bumps and needs paint. i owe 1200 to the bank for it.

question is: my mom offered me this; sell my car for what i can get, pay it off, and she'll sell me her 2000 ranger xlt offroad with 79,000 on it for 150 a month and pay my insurance. i pay 100(payment)+100(for insurance) every month for the honda.

1. should i take the trade? (i live in fargo, lots of snow, 4x4 would be nice)
2. how much should i ask for the honda

This is the hardest decision of your life?

I would keep the Honda. You don't have that much left to pay on it, I'm guessing insurance is going to be a tad bit cheaper. I've never been a fan of trucks, I'd keep the Honda. Just my $.02.

Depends on whats going on in your world. Do you need or want the the truck? Is gas an issue? You have to ask yourself questions like that but of course everyone on here would say keep the honda also vice versa if this were a truck forum... my 2 cents

im liking the feedback, keep it coming

see, im a broke college kid with like 600 in bills a month, also gas isn't really that big of a deal since my mom pays for the drive back to sioux falls, but around town isn't that bad

it just seems the civic is nickel and diming me

also and opinion on price for the car?

I Live in SoCal, but I went to UND for 2 years. there is no use for a civic in ND, the roads don't even turn. Take the truck, and enjoy the f*ckin winter, and save some money.

WOW, you have to BUY your mom's car. why doesnt she just GIVE it to you and you can store your civic for the winter.

j/k. if you're in college and driving a truck, the #1 thing that i would be concerned about is GAS MONEY
