h22a into 95 civic. hasport mounts and axles a must?
hey im bout to grab a h22a swap from hmotorsonline. heard great things about them and the price seems reasonable for the service and garuntee. but. hes saying i need to get the hasport conversion mounts with the stage 2 600hp rated axles since im going to be doing basic bolt ons. anyone know if there is like a innovative kit cheaper or sumthn? cuz the mounts are 450 and the axles are 590. so im kinda in a predicament.
any help is appreciated

Thats info on the axle situation, as far as the mounts go yes there are other companies but hasport tends to be the most recommended. Just have a look around the marketplace or ebay, you'll find something.

IMO the Hasport basic axles ($349 retail) should be just fine for a street car on street tires. As long as you are not running an unspring clutch or launching on slicks you should not need to upgrade the axles even with engine upgrades.
