H22 Turbo Ek hatch issues
I have a 98 h22 turbo hatch now this is the issue im having everytime I start the car or drive it normal shifting low rpms the rpm needle is fine but as soon as I get up on it the needle starts bouncing and going crazy... ive changed cluster thinking that was the issue and it still does it. Ive check speed sensor and everything looks in order, was wondering if this has happened to any of you guys and know what it could be.... thanx

9 times out of 10 it's the igniter or ICM simple to replace. Those msd blaster things are a rip off get a coil on plug retrofit instead, I ditched my distributor a while ago much cleaner look.
a300 or AEM stand alone require tho

There is someone developing a coil on plug setup on d-series.org. There was also another person who already developed one and is has a video up and running. You should google it.
edit: it does not require s300 or AEM standalone.

I wouldn't trust a proto type of that you know what's at risk when messing with that right ?. Does it completely remove the distributor like the AEM one I have to keep a covered cap on mine sadly no turbo just like the look.

Dude check it out. This guy has a video and has been selling it. He leaves the distributor open to show that its no being used. This same guy built a bluetooth datalogger for honda obd1 ecu's. Pretty talented.
There is also another guy working on his own COP design as well and he's almost done, making good progress.
