Default h22 ek immobilizer problem

so i recently h22 swapped my 99 si. its supposed to be out of a 97 lude that was previously in a civic but idk that it ever actually ran just know it was in there. so i have the motor in the car and harness all connected and not getting spark or fuel. i am new to an actual swap bc normally i just mess with the b16s that come in my civics. i am guessing reason for no start is immo. i am running the comp that came with the motor.like i said it was in a civic previously but dk if they had this problem or not. i have a p28 with jumper that i ran for my b16 but dk if the h22 is obd2a or b and dk which the jumper is. like i stated above it was for my b16a2 im sure someone will have more knowledge about this. but mainly i would like to see if there is a way to make the car start without getting a basemap for the p28 and using the ecu i received with the motor. i have been reading about ppl having the same problem and ppl are saying to break the immo off and it will run and some are saying that will not work. i do not wnt to go to honda and buy a rediculously priced key so any info will help.thank you

what shape is the wiring harness in that you got with the swap? is it all cut up and spliced or all nice? i would start with the wiring and make sure everything is right first.
