Default H22 93 civic BAR-Where does this valve go?

H22 93 civic BAR-Where does this valve go? ~ I don't have this "Evaporative Two Way Valve" AND I don't know where it would go or what it looks like.

If it is for evaporating Fuel in the fuel tank then should I hook it up before the filter
OR
near the fuel tank
OR
run a new hose from the tank ~ I dono :/

I did buy a new intake with carb exempt number. Hopefully I won't have to use the intake diaphragm and solenoid. Also I bought the intake solenoid and tank but am going to use it as the IAB solenoid and tank and hopefully that will work. I may be totally wrong but I'll be thinking about it ~ ~ I have the intake tank and solenoid but I don't have the IAB solenoid and tank.
