Someone correct me if im wrong but i believe you could buy one for a 99-00 SI or a ITR, and it should work.

From what i've read and heard, i dont think the Skunk2 IM should have those rubber raditator hoses going into the TB since the Skunk2 does not use it. For the intake... I'de say go with a 99-00 Si intake

That's because it doesn't matter since it's basically just a short ram intake..

These are AEM Part Numbers
*96 - 00 Civic w/ B18C motor swap 21-5005C (without Skunk2 Intake Manifold)
*1999 - 00 Civic Si DOHC 21-417P, C, B, R (Cold Air Intake, Stock Civic SI Manifold)
*1999 - 00 Civic Si DOHC (MT Only) 24-6017C (V2 CAI)
*1999 - 00 Civic Si DOHC 22-417P, B, R (Short Ram)
You would have to modify your car for the cold air.
I strongly recommend AEM (their customer service is awesome). Onless you want the hardcore stuff like Mugen, Spoon, etc..

you did a great job with listing all the intakes that would fit his car, the only problem is that he already stated what type of intake he was getting, he just asked for what car year....
