fronts will fit, not sure about rear
I've had 2 sets of the GSR seats in my 96 EX and all you need to do is swap your 6g rails on the GSR seats.

They'll fit...all but the two inner mount bolts will line up. Not difficult to get around at all if you're resourceful. I just notched the brackets...
