Default GSR Misfires on Idle 95 Civic OBD1 Stock P72 Chip No Tune

My EG with a GSR 95 OBD1 Swap has been misfiring since one day that my motor drank a bit of water . I have boughten new sparkplugs and new cap. I had the new spark plug with the old wire for bout 2 month and then I put some NGK blues.. The Misfire is nothing serious just annoying to here from the exhaust. It doesn't misfire through out the RPMS or at WOT .Just at about 800-1200 maybe less 1200. So what can I do test what is causing this misfire. Its bone stock motor with the 2nd Butteflys vacuum off and one of the PCV valves are the one that throw out air is blocked off from the pcv valve box and intake mani. Those are the only modifications that motor has. Any ideas on what can be causing this misfire if you need more information just post and ask thanks

Could it be that you only notice the miss at low RPM's and yet it's still happening a high RPM's. Since the motor is spinning faster you may not notice the difference. I would do some basic checks just to make sure that you don't have other problems. I'd do a lead down check and a compression check. I would go back to basics and rethink things. What does the motor need to run? Compression, timing, fuel, spark and oxygen. Start with the basics and go from there. Good luck.

Well I've held the accel. pedal to about 2000 RPMS steadly and dont hear any misfiring at all. Is there anyway to test or look at a spark plug and see if that maybe the probelm?

You sure you got the firing order correct?

have you checked to see which cyl is misfiring...load the car down till it starts to miss and pull one by one the plugs wires out if it starts missing worse put that plug wire back in and go to the next till you find the one that doesn't change the miss use a pair of pliers with rubber grips and don't lean on the car or you will be in for a shock

power up the coil and see if it arks to test the coil look up specs and test it using ohm meter or a multimeter

UPDATE: I got the ignition module brand new . Swapped it and IT STILL THE SAME MISFIRING!. I got less then a month old sparkplug wires and a couple months old cap ( didnt purchase a new rotor though) NGK Blues also a couple month old and still misfiring. I got a new chip and no difference. I pulled out plug by plug on the motor no luck on finding a cylinder that was misfiring. Experts what can this be ?
