gsr head?

Default gsr head?

does anyone know if a type R ecu will work with a GSR head?

yes/no ....yes it will work, but not as well as a gsr ecu, thats what it was specifically made for...the B18C gsr and the B18C5 dont have many differences, but all the ones that count and make the motor run smooth and fast such as the valve lift and close times....it works but its runs a lot smoother with the GSR...my friend tried this a few months ago, he recently switched to the gsr ecu and he is pulling better times, and the car is running a lot better

yes it will work, but not as well as a gsr ecu,
you can run the itr, but if you have the stock gsr im you are going to lose power beacuse you won't be using the secondaries, but if you have a skunk 2 im the itr ecu would be a good bet.
