GSR Del Sol No Speedo Launch Control when Driving
Hi,
I hope someone will be able to help me diagnose my problem. I was flushing my coolant today in my 94 del sol si. It has a 95 B18C1 motor. When I got finished with filling it up and took it for a test run, whenever I hit around 3200 RPM the launch control would kick in and not let me rev any higher. The speedo is out and so is the odometer. All the other gauges work fine.
I'm thinking the launch control problem has something to do with the speedo always being at 0. I'm not sure how it works but it seems possible the computer thinks we are not moving.
When I was flushing the coolant I unhooked one wire from near the Vtec Solenoid. It was not the wire hooked directly to the solenoid. Just below/behind it. It is green connector on my car. When I tried to plug it back in it did not snap in like the other connectors. Does anyone know what this wire is or If this has anything to do with it?
This is the connector I was talking about. It anyone has any idea please let me know. I'll appreciate any help.

How do I check to see if it's bad? I took it out earlier and it didn't really see any problems.
