grounding kit for my civic
I have a 1998 civic coupe with a b18c1 motor swap plus mods. I jus bought a grounding kit for this car and I was wandering what are the pros and cons of purchasing this item. Post your comments and experiences.

well i think one con would be that you paid for a grounding kit when you could have gone to your local stereo shop and raided their dumpster for spare 8 gauge amp wire.

The sunautomobile.com may provide the best grounding wire ever. it doesn't do much. i have the Hyper Voltage System and Hyper Ground System. Feel a little bit of saving mileage, the sound system is better. but beside that, it doesn't give much horse or torque. It has been dyno though.

pros... more efficient current meaning brighter bulbs and crisp sound from your stereo.
cons: YOU COULD HAVE SAVED MONEY AND COULD HAVE DID IT YOURSELF!

Re: (egcoupe94)
return it and go to the stereo shop...pick a color and buy some 8-2gauge wire. some ring terminals and go crazy. I put in a 0 gauge power wire between my battery and my bus in the fuse panel and new 0 gauge ground from the battery to the chassis. new power wired and ground for the altenator and starter, new grounds for my chassis and few others to ceate a daisy chain. I also installed a small electrolytic capictor to my ecu to keep a constant steady voltage supply. all for about $50 bucks or if your not picky on the color about $30. or do like it was stated above go raid the dumpster!
