Default Grinding Tranny

My transmission just started to grind in my 99 civic ex but only when accelerating fast through the gears not when im driving normal or down shifting. Why????

You beat the hell out of it and now the synchronizers are starting to fail.

sounds like a faulty nut between the steering wheel and the gas pedal.

a temporary fix is the gm synchromesh, should take care of it for about another 6-9 months before rebiuld is necesary. just my .02

where'd you pull this time frame from? a wild guess perhaps?

i guess you have to get new tranny fluid adn change it otehr wise get a new tranny whihch is pretty expensive plus labor aslo so for now jus tchange teh fluid and maybe change the syncros adn dont shift liek crazy

Yeah use syncromesh for now untill you can save up for a tranny rebuild.
