First of all get the right dizzy - the Z6/Z1 unit. I'd start there.
But the "turns over really slow" is very strange - starter going out? You positive the battery is charged up?

You can't get anywhere near the correct ignition timing with the DX distributer.
Why are you using a non Vtec ECU with a Vtec engine? Don't tell me you're going to run a manual switch to the Vtec.

ok lets get back on track i know the battery is good and im going to get a z6 dizzy next week as for the ecu im going to run it without the vtec untill i get the money to buy a p28, im not sure the stater may be week but it will begine to start really slow and then all of a sudden spin quick for a second and almost start.
then it will start the slow cranking ****...
someone told me that it could have jumped time and be putting to much compression in 2 cylinders at once but im not sure wat to think but i dont think its the starter,,,if someone can tell me were the crank pulleyand cam gear marks should be lining up maybe i can tell if its off time..thanks for the help so far.....
