Got a code 74 (cylinder # 4 misfire)

Got a code 74 (cylinder # 4 misfire)
yesterday as I was driving, the cel light came on, and got code 74, pulled the #4 spark plug wire out, and it had coolant on it, checked the spark plug and it was fine. There's no oil mixed with the coolant, and I checked the oil, no coolant in there, what could it be?
