ok so in 96 bi buy this new hatch civic....loved it... then my exwife parks in the wrong place and a flat bed towtrucks rear boom smacks the pillar side of the drivers side...so i have it sent to a body shop i know..had the guy total it out and boom wrecked car gone..they pay it off the insurance comp..that is...yada yada..it sits 2 years...and the other day i get a unclaimed property letter....i can buy it back for a 140 bucks....so i do...upon looking i have a half a tank of gas in it...how do i get the gas out all the way...and the easiest way...i have never done this before...so i want to keep the stock motor in it until i get the body fixed...and i need a good body man to fix the pillar......i think that part of the estimate was about 1200 bucks..the rest i can fix me and a freind that is ...i live in atlanta...so if any locals out there wanna help i would be grateful...i need to get this project afoot as quickly as possible...my other civic hatch has a blown motor and i have it sold...but until i get this takin care of i have no car to drive anyways...hit me back....thanks...scott

I'm from Atlanta too. There should be a drain on the bottom of the gas tank.

SHOULD being the key word there. I'm not the biggest EK guy here. IM Trey here and he might be able to help. He's from Atlanta too.

its ok i kinda got one to i still have to get a title.......plus remember i already owned this car before and it was about 10 payments from being paid for so i have about 10k plus 140bucks...does that make you feel any better?....lol
