PIAA is a very good (and expensive) maker of light bulbs. They are nice and bright. You mentioned white in your title so I am assuming you do not want the blue look so then you would need to research and find a chart that tells you about color temperature. Basically the degrees Kelvin of a light is the color it will be. Something around 4000 K looks to be pretty white according to this chart and info.
