Is this a good DEAL??
alright some guy is selling me his 1993 civic cx hatchback, it has a crashed door, donut wheel, messed up hood, no hatch window, torn seats in interior, and no TITLE, the good thing is it still works...he wants 400 dollars,
my other question is, can i get a new title for it? how much would it cost?
Thanks in Advance

Find out WHY there is no title...for $400 it would be a perfect track only car, but I would drive it everywhere, when you get caught just set it on fire.
