gauge cluster?

Does anyone know what the gauge cluster is from that has black gauges and is in kph? I thought the jdm sir ones are white with amber needles but i saw a black one for sale in kph and the speed was higher i think it went to 220kph rather than 180. just trying to figure out what its from.. thanks
