Haynes shop manual at any parts store costs less than $10,and has the diagrams you need.

I thought I downloaded that off of ebay, notice the bubble rap. But then again...Maybe I didn't.

I just had this problem yesterday, all I did was search for "fuse civic" and got about 10 good threads.
