Fuse 43 blowing

Fuse 43 blowing
Went to hop in the car and noticed on the way to work I had a CEL pop. I got home that evening and went to hook up the OBD2 scanner but it wouldn't power on.
I noticed I had no interior lights, chine ect ect.
Checked fuse 43 which was blown. Replaced it and it instantly blows just touching it into the holder. Tried disconnecting battery and then replaced fused and hooked battery back up and again instantly blows.
So not sure where I may have a problem here with the interior. Nothing has changed, all stock and no modifications.
Any ideas on what may cause my constant blowing fuse 43 under the hood?
