Default Full size wheel/tire spare for eg?

What is the largest wheel/tire combination that will fit in the spare-tire-wheel well in the trunk with a plywood sheet as a deck cover?

I would like to not use a temporary tire, unless that is my only option.
I bought a 14" steely with a thick tread earlier today and I'm pretty sure it won't fit. But I will remove the plywood and definitively check tomorrow

Anyone try a 13" or 14" steely with a low profile tire?

If useful: It's an eg coupe lowered on si's with low profile tires.

In my 96 I can fit a full size 16" wheel with a 205/45/16 on it.

Thanks I forgot to mention that I also relocated the battery to right behind the rear seats (original engine tray rusted out and I decided to move it while I was at it). I also have two hinges that split the wood, going the width of the car so the battery tray stays level but I still have access to the trunk.

Well I guess it should fit. I'll just take everything out, shove the spare in and hope I don't have to actually use it

So you are actually going to have to remove your battery to get to the spare? Seems like alot more work than what its worth, but thats just my opinion.

I bought a half size odyssey battery. I'm either going to fix the stock battery tray in the engine bay or extend the battery cable to right by the tail lights. It fits I just need to install the bracket.

Ya I see what your saying, but with 7+ years driving I've never had a blowout on my own car (knocks on wood) so putting it there is peace of mind over ease of access.
