Default FUEL Rail and Cam gears???

What is the difference in fuel rail brand like AEM, JG, DC, GE, Venom, Holley, OBX, etc... ??? Same question to on Cam gears??whats the difference??

Because I dont really want to spend to much on fuel rail and cam gears. and i pretty much plan to put my money toward- camshafts, valve train , pistons, rods, etc...

Tell me what you guys think...and info, advice or opinion would help.

Oh 1 more question... What do you guys think about those 4-1 ebay headers for like $100. Is it worth it.???

Default Re: FUEL Rail and Cam gears??? (123Four)

you dont really need an aftermarket fuel rail unless you have boost or are running some crazy n/a setup. cam gears wont really help you out on a stock valve train. depending on what internals you have, you tune your cam gear to make the best power for your setup. generally all the brands are the same. they have the same function like advancing or retarding your timing. the $100 ebay headers arent very good. i dont know how many times ive said this on this board but you get what you pay for and when it comes to something like headers the extra money that you put into your header is r&d and you will see more gains than a $100 dollar header where you will most likely hardly see any gains.
